Information you provide. When you submit our contact or lead form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any details you include in your message.
Usage information. We automatically collect standard analytics data such as pages visited, referring source, device and browser type, and general interaction data, via cookies and similar technologies.

To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you request.
To send you appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups about your inquiry.
To send you email and/or SMS communications where you have consented (see below).
To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our services.

3. SMS / text messaging

If you opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from vizmedia related to your inquiry — including confirmations, appointment reminders, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replyingHELP. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate the Site and our services — for example, hosting, database, authentication, analytics, scheduling, payment, and email/SMS delivery providers — and only to the extent necessary to perform those services.
